To the best of my knowledge this particular perk is limited only to Chase Sapphire Reserve card and, for example, Chase Sapphire Preferred is NOT eligible. Please, correct me if I'm wrong.

I used this last week but you have to fiddle with the dates. I tried Fri-Sat and it said no cars available but when I tried Fri-Mon from the same location it said available!!

Same thing happened to me once but it was for AAA - I ALWAYS call and ask if I need ID at the desk now. These aren't membership groups so there is no ID needed.
