I've done this rebate for the past couple years on black Friday and donated the appliances to charity. You do them all on a single rebate form, in a single envelope. Up to 5 of each item per person.

YMMV: Before adding item log into your kohls account. When you add to cart under "ship" (do not use the free store pickup tab) you may get a popup offer for $5 in Kohls cash when you pickup in store....

I don't have a Kohls card so all I can say is to try using both % off discounts.... they rarely stack, but in the past the text code has stacked with other % codes so it's worth trying
