I see this on desktop too. On the "Pickup & Shipping Options" page it shows "$1 OFF order." Personally, not worth my time/gas to drive to a BB for $1 but good deal for those close to one.

Paying for GCU is easily worth it. You only need to spend $180 within 2 years to break even on the membership fee. Basically If one buys three $60 games, GCU pays for itself. And the $10 bonus reward...
