Getting an extra $10 reward certificate is not standard GCU, they only offer it on certain games. And it has become very rare to get the extra reward on a Nintendo game.

I see this on desktop too. On the "Pickup & Shipping Options" page it shows "$1 OFF order." Personally, not worth my time/gas to drive to a BB for $1 but good deal for those close to one.
