I got the hub at best buy when it was 50 a few weeks ago. I agree with the ide community and was able to get it to work with my nest. I like the st interface better than the nest one.

Oh, when you mentioned 1080p and Shield, I assumed your connection wasn't great enough for 4K. Also, they are not trash, as I said, I use mine to stream 4K video from Plex, Netflix, etc and stream 4K...
