Not sure, but if so, maybe a diff sized needle set, the article says no visible marks in the steaks afterwards.

Lol. I buy Porterhouse too when on sale and look only for the ones with the bigger filet sides.
I do eat both sides though. I've also been known to naw the hell out of the bone. :nod:
