Not sure, but if so, maybe a diff sized needle set, the article says no visible marks in the steaks afterwards. Isn't that the name of the new release? Blade Runner 2049: The Blade Tenderizer. ;)

To be honest I carve them a New York Strip and keep the fillet and bone for me... I tell em let the old dog have the bone.... If they only knew.... No Meat Glue for me !

Lol. I buy Porterhouse too when on sale and look only for the ones with the bigger filet sides. I do eat both sides though. I've also been known to naw the hell out of the bone. :nod:
