I have a coworker who just got the Mavic. Apparently DJI has an insurance program that is $100, and if you crash it but can still recover the device and ship it to them they will replace it....

It was fun to fly or drive the rc stuff. To do tricks, jumps, etc... Drones don't do any of that, that's what I don't get. They seem to be used mostly to spy on people with the cameras?
