Epson refurbs are often indistinguishable from new. They usually come with a new bulb, and retain a 2 year warranty. I had no hesitation to order one.

I have the 5020UB it's predecessor and it uses standard screws if my memory serves me correctly. Also if you have a mount of smaller projector you might need a new mount or need the mount extender.

I can confirm this, standard screw (sorry don't have specific thread, my mount doesn't list it). Luckily existing mount for smaller projector worked for me.
