Just disconnect/reconnect your Vudu account. I got a few movies on Vudu after connecting it to MA and they didn't show up in MA. After I disconnect/reconnect my vudu account, they showed up.

Not sure what "psi g" is, but yes. If iTunes has the movie in 4K, and you redeem via iTunes, you'll get 4K.
