I've been trying to find the master thread discussion for the Staples rewards program, the one that's been around forever. Is it gone -- or can anybody point me towards it??
Thanks!

You can get this same benefit if you get their new credit card, and it doesn't cost you anything. It's called the Staples More account.

What is up with everyone trying to offer memberships?
If they were serious, they would go the Costco route and give annual rebates.

I value my credit check to be at least $300 if not $400. Someone better pay me for that card sign up.

This is actually a bad membership. If you have a coupon that does not work on sales items, the special member prices will actually invalidate those items from the coupon. It is a dumb concept.

Sounds like something Staples will try for a year, and then get rid of it when they realize too few people will pay for it.
