It didn't let me complete the transaction, kept saying my address is invalid even when they have shipped to my address before. Sent email to customer care and nobody got back to me. Buyer beware.

Maybe for PayPal and credit cards. But not sure if or how they can pre-charge your ms balance. You should be able to check your purchase history as well.
