Yeah, looks like YMMV with Groupon+. I spun the Groupon+ big wheel and came up a loser as well. Made the purchase with my linked credit card... no email, no credit.

Did you use a credit or debit card. Debit cards should show the credit right away while credit card would have to wait. I'm fully trustworthy of the groupon email without having to go through hoops...

You are correct... the app doesn't show the option to "load" a card, just pay with it. So that's what I did... I asked the guy I wanted to load $10 on to my card and just brought up the barcode...

Basically one free drink or 2 donuts on Groupon, but you share your cc info with them. Not bad, but doesn't seem compatible with dd rewards since that is paid with dd gc.

Two weeks after I made my first purchase. still didn't receive any credit, Pretty sure my purchase met all the criteria, groupon CSR cannot help at all. The groupon plus deal is just not reliable.

IIRC, they "resolved" the issue by giving me $10 in Groupon Bucks. I told them that I wanted the $3 refund and pressed the issue and eventually that worked.
