i think they debit you based on USD so there are no FX fees. my visa card didn't show up with any FX fees. otherwise to be safe you can use a credit card that won't charge FX fees.

I find the non-iron TM Lewin shirts to be softer than the CT shirts. They have a pretty liberal return policy, just order and try it out.

They compare very nicely to Charles Tyrwhitt but their limited combination of collar and sleeve sizes are wierd. You can do 16.5/34.5 but you can't go up or down half-inch increments on the sleeve...

I would say the fitted is comparable to extra slim in CT. The super fitted is probably one of the most skinniest shirts out there.
