I just received mine and the bass is disappointing at best. I have it turned up to the max, subwoofer turned all the way up to 6 and it is just weak. It's there... the sub is definitely doing...

Cannot use optical cable for Atmos. Not enough bandwidth. HDMI in is the most useful way but on some limited setups such as LG's latest OLED you can use ARC with certified cable.

Just sharing, I bought 2 of these previously, color me impressed. I also bought a Dolby Atmos demo disc and played through all the material, for $400 this is a great deal IMO.

The same thing happened to me with the SJ9 I got from BuyDig a few weeks back! The subwoofer was doing something, but so incredibly weak. Worked with Buydig to get a replacement set up though,...
