On mine, Alexa just can't unlock for security reasons. It can lock mine just fine. It makes sense, I could see someone yelling through the door "Alexa unlock the front door" just to see if it works.

gotcha. i didnt hear/realize Alexa was telling me to lock each door individually (which works). not sure why it wont do group locks. i have 5 zwave locks.. might as well click in smartthings app...

Just a warning it may not be that simple. Since they are wanting it to work with the SC-1 keyway the cylinder will need to be swapped with a special cylinder that none of my area locksmith's carried...
