Try the Eucerin Redness Relief Night Cream 1.7 oz. In my personal experience it actually works better and faster than Clinique redness line! It's often on sale at Amazon for really cheap (like $5-6)....

This is the 16oz size. I think previous deals were for 12 oz with no pump. I use this or Vanicream and both run around $10 per 16oz before S&S. I think this is buyable.

Yes if you can tolerate niacinamide and I think fatty alcohols. Some people are very sensitive to those. Cerave is available in sample sizes so recommend you test first if you have rosacea.
