Yes the modem is capped at 100mbps, pretty wack modem, I have it right now and it’s plugged into another wireless router, sbg6580 isn’t even dual band :(

I work for Spectrum...we can't disable your modem. We don't care if you own modem. If it stopped working it is either faulty or does not download firmware and channel sequence correctly.
