I think the phone is well worth the 449 price. They have pushed out updates often. The phone has gotten a lot better than it was on day one. I'd buy it..now..and did. Works wonderfully.

I think if it was 300-400, it would be a stellar deal. When the Nexus 6 went down to 299, that was when everyone wanted one, and Amazon kept selling out every batch.
