That would be pretty impressive. The Audient iD4, which gets mentioned in terms of having good gain, has 58db of gain, but it's significantly more expensive.

You'll need the DC power if you use more than 2 condenser mics requiring phantom power. The USB spec only supplies enough power for 2 condenser mics.
