BTW - the pictures that they are showing for the CAST Iron are obviously doctored or photo shopped .. MainStay cast iron looks like the darkside of the moon .. its rough as hell

They are not the same between brands.The handles are thinner and more prone to break on poor quality ones like Mainstays/Sears etc. Also, the edges can have burrs and be rough at seams.
