for the above questions it's YMMV on the reps at the service desk - those T&C usually exclude SR giftcards - but yes, they have printed out before as i've done it, not realizing they were supposed to...

just a heads up, alot of shoprites will not accept a credit card to pay for gift cards so you will have to bring cash

In the past you had to use your "price plus" card - so it is usually one per rewards card. If your family members have their own cards then you can do multiple transactions - but this may vary store...
