Hi, No, this rebate just needs your signed rebate form and Dell invoice. There is no need for SKU number or UPC barcode cutout.

Mine only says signed rebate form and copy of the invoice. You must be talking about the bottom left of the form. That's there because that's just a generic part of these forms. You do not need...

there wouldnt be an issue. i never had a issue with any brand and i had lenovo, but now i have dell. its mostly in the user.
