Are you trying to make cellular calls via the dialer? If yes, it won't work. FreedomPop calls only work using the FreedomPop app using WiFi or data.

You dont have to even deal with walmart if you have problems with activation. Just send iemi number and reciept to att and issue is fixed in a few minutes

If your phone got blacklisted, and then turned back on, make sure it is not longer on the blacklist. ATT is reported to only BYPASS the blacklist of your phone. Use your IMEI, and check it here...

Oh right, I forgot to mention that I gave the IMEI number to the ATT rep directly over the phone, I didn't have to email it with the Walmart online invoice. Again, I was using a postpaid ATT SIM.
