Factory items are lower quality (e.g. wool blends rather than pure wool). Their main line is much better.
I personally would not buy items from their factory store.

Just be cautious. I read somewhere that the "gift now" discount merchandise cannot be returned for original form of payment, only store credit. Think I saw that on Reddit.
