You are better off buying Ubiquiti bridges and mounting them outside. The end result will be worth the extra effort.

Why not just run a Ethernet cable in a protective sleeve over to the house? Sounds insane but zip tie it to cable lines or even power lines... I’ve known people to do this. Just get a high rated cat...
