That's entirely possible since the cloud key doesn't normally come with an injector. Probably more likely even. I was basing my assumption off the 5 packs not coming with injectors and the singles...

They just arrived, and yes each AP-AC-PRO came with its own PoE injector. So 3 PoE injectors came with the total order (2 with the AP-AC-PRO's and 1 for the cloud key).

It allows you to login to the router pages from anywhere with an internet connection. Otherwise you need to have a computer with the (free) Unifi software connected to the network.
