I just found a helpful person at Best Buy, I guess. Try emailing [email protected], you might have better luck with them. They're aware the promotion exists so that's a good starting point.

I had to call CS also. After they transferred me to the third person, they were able to mail a giftcard as well. Giftcards shouldn't have an expiration date right?
