I wouldn't recommend these. The rods are the same collapsible design as a remote control car. They will brake easily when you push them back in. Also they won't stay at a certain length.

FYI, I bought one of these at the dollar store a couple years ago, I don’t know what the hand was made out of, but I wouldn’t trust it on my skin. I got a rash.
