The screen resolution is crappy. I wouldn’t recommend it if you edit long spreadsheets and review word documents regularly.

I'd bite for ~$500, but not for this price. More power in a 12" Macbook, better screen, more memory/HDD, and a couple hundred dollars more on a really good deal.

Only difference in the 2017 model is the slight bump in CPU speed. Went to 1.8 from 1.6. Still uses a Haswell processor. The 11" did not see an update in 2017.
