That is false. A TOS is not an end all legal agreement. Most of them if challenged can and have been overruled because they violate many laws. 1. MP's change was retroactive counting movies...

but see...when you signed up, there were terms and agreement that YOU agreed to. one of which allows MP to change the plan as they see fit. so while at the time it was 1 per day.....and same...
