It says GSM Sim card, I assume it's the T mobile one, not the Sprint which is CDMA. I could be wrong though.

I ordered one of these phones and just got it. Popped in my existing T-Mobile SIM and everything works as expected. If anyone wants the free 6 months service sim kit, shoot me an offer. Don't need it.
