I used in store tonight too and nothing... Ugh, no kidding, but it's because Apple doesn't have to offer incentives to get people to use their products and services.

Does this have to be done thru app? I checked out with Apple Pay on Macy's mobile website and haven't received any info. On other hand I received an email from my AMEX saying I had used my $15 off...

The same thing happened to me with JCPenney. I used Apple Pay and didn't see anything about a $5 Itunes Gift Card. I guess we're out of luck.

Same here. And Macy’s customer service says they are not aware of the promotion. Apple throws the ball back at the merchants saying the card should come from them, not Apple.
