Bought this 3 months back for 68 on Newegg & it works great. Other than the USB port size, I am very happy with it. I highly recommend 64GB or higher micro SD card.

Usually that's the case, but for some reason this is more expensive at urlhasbeenblocked and Aliexpress right now. Both sites show it at $90.

As long as the combined load is small enough for the circuit you're on, there is no problem doing that. If I remember correctly the A119 draws 400ma.
