I used the previous deal to buy my washer, and now they sent me a 10% off anniversary coupon, which would've been helpful then.. I'll ask family if they need something with these promos.

FYI, the transaction does NOT qualify towards any AMEX offer you might have. It's processed by Cashstar so keep that in mind if you're factoring this into your equation. I'm buying 2 of these to...

Usually not, the best way around this if you absolutely need BB gc is to purchase any item and return it at which point they will give you a physical BB gc....but if you should be able to purchase...

Is this eligible for Amex BB offer?
Post #109917743 added 12-20-2017 4:10 AM by pej7445 in Deal Talk
Of course. Amex does not care what you buy, as long as you meet the dollar threshold you get the promo
Post #109917779 added 12-20-2017 4:12 AM by Exastify in Deal Talk
many stores use a separate payment processor for their gift cards. so instead of showing up as a best buy purchase, it may show up as a cashstar gift card purchase, etc.

I've been buying lots of gc from bb with my various amex cards, and I always get the amex promo
Post #109917935 added 12-20-2017 4:17 AM by Khatndi in Deal Talk
Were the gift cards for BB? Or third party cards like Netflix?
Post #109919879 added 12-20-2017 5:25 AM by DogAndPony in Deal Talk
Okay, so buy a physical gift card. That would work for this promo and the AMEX deal, right?

I think the limit is 10, but you can certainly use 3. ETA yes, it's 10 online and 15 in-store. see here...

Oh duh. This deal is ONLY for e gift cards, so you CANNOT combine it with the AMEX deal. Like many others have said, e gift cards are processed by Cashstar and not Best Buy.

Not that I would do this, but I think the idea is to return said item without the receipt. That way a new physical gift card would be generated. You do run the risk of getting less “money” back on...

Something about the term "$15 savings code" seems fishy to me. Why call it that? What is it? Is it $15 off a purchase of $300 or more?
Post #109920527 added 12-20-2017 5:40 AM by pej7445 in Deal Talk
Perhaps online is process by cashstar, in store it worked for me, many times.

Well, I could get 2 $150 gift cards. Have Best Buy price match the $250 iPad 9.7" price at Target. I would have ~$34 left on the two gift cards because the total would be around $266 w/ tax. Then,...

Confirming what 007 said. You will get BB rewards by buying physical GC's in the store (by using CR/DR cards or cash) and also eGC's on Cashstar (CR/DR cards only). Make sure you enter your...
