what time and temp did you SV the strip at? I was considering something like 133 for 2-4 hours, then finishing on a cast iron. At $14.99/lb, I don't want to make a mistake :eek:

Note that the circular says they are USDA Prime strip steaks, if so a good price, especially if you're a fan of strips.
