The Rav4 Plug in coming out summer of this year will have double the range. Don't know if the Prime will be a great deal. 2020 Prime's are not much different either

now you can get 3K rebate (region dependent), and get dealers 2-2.5K discount, then fed 4502, and in MA another 1.5K from state.
