Probably depends on the person you chat with. I did Support > Order/Change/Cancel Services > Add/Change My Service - select Chat Now.

I guess another scenario is if you already have the Enhanced DVR. Just ask for the one year free Netflix promo. :)

If you look at it that way. Some may like Netflix in addition to their Fios service. There are shows that are Netflix exclusive. I didn't personally sign up though, just posting this just in case...
