Yes you can. I have them from the kickstarter campaign and most of the time only wear one. I believe you have to use your right ear though.

I got the Zolo Liberty+ from Kickstarter. They seem good. Sound quality is average-average+. Battery life is decent. Great for use in the gym. So far.
