8700 vs 7700 is significant. 1080 vs 1070 not so much, unless you're gaming on QHD/4K.

Sir the one you have on the link is a 16GB 204-pin DDR3. We are talking about 288-pin DDR4, and this deal has 32GB with prices right now that's around ~$350-$400.

If you're gaming at 1080p pretty much none. If you're doing 1440p or 4k you'll want the gtx 1080. Most games aren't taking advantage of the additional cores/threads of chips with 4+ so you won't...
