Walmart occasionally lowers the price of their products, called a rollback. If you've already ordered, then Walmart allows you to get the lower price. A price protection kind of thing.

I also have the 65C6P, and I prefer it. I could've gotten either one at the time but chose the older model because it's corrected, supports 3D, and most importantly, Dual Play, which is phenomenal...
