Had the same issue at first. If you show the original terms email stating the $20 Cash card is supposed to be given at signup to a customer service rep in-store they should hook you up. Worked for me...

They have a deal where you can get a 200 iTunes card for 165. Add a 100 Costco cash card to get above 250 and you get a super slick deal :)

It should work with gift cards it does not say it doesn't and the transaction all shows costco anyway. I don't see any reason why they wouldn't unless they claim they are out of the promo

I did the $300 GC since the promo says $250+ I didn't want to take the chance that is had to be $250.01 or greater since there is no confirmation of getting the credit.

The approval charge went through as $250 (I bought 2x $125 GC). You may be correct when they ship but it appears to pre-auth as one charge.
