They're now just a commodity. Average price panel is $.44/W and dropping. $.44 x 235 = $103 Older versions are generally cheaper, so if you're slick prices are even cheaper.

If you are trying to hold cost down then a modified sign wave inverter is fine for almost all uses. Some battery operated charger (wall wart type) don’t like square wave input and will be destroyed...

I don't see why not. IF you add several it should charge it nicely. Check the specs of the yeti to see how much charge it can take safely but since it's lithium it should be able to take a lot.

In my experience 100 watt panels are used for smaller systems say 800-1000 watts due to shipping and installation of the panels. 100 watt panels can be shipped by UPS with little chance of damage
