They're now just a commodity. Average price panel is $.44/W and dropping. $.44 x 235 = $103 Older versions are generally cheaper, so if you're slick prices are even cheaper.

In my experience 100 watt panels are used for smaller systems say 800-1000 watts due to shipping and installation of the panels. 100 watt panels can be shipped by UPS with little chance of damage
