No actually chatted with the stewardesses for about 4 hours because my @zz hurt from the 18 hour flight. They boozed us up, wouldn't have minded getting tossed. 🙃

Not the cheapest I've seen ($330 flying during. Jan - Mar with Hong Kong airlines) but definitely a good deal for being in the summer when kids are out of the school.

They are one of the best in my book. Their business class is flat and it so comfortable. No thanks to United. It will take a lot to earn my business back.

The thumbnail is incorrect. CX only fly the B777 from LAX to HKG. Not the 747.

Great idea to book with points if you have them. Makes the deal even sweeter. I just hate how theres no cancellation so we get screwed if we end up not making it.

Cathay is your best choice for direct flight from LAX to HKG. Hong Kong is an amazing place, but do not go during summer - too hot, too humid and too crowded.
