It seems like some Amex cards get recognized as a prepaid card, dont know how the algorithm works. Some people who have blue cash can use their amex card along with promo code. Bad luck for me:(

If you have an AMEX card that has offers, all you do is add the offer within your account and you checkout via google express. Once you get charged on your card, AMEX will credit your account $20.
