I bought the Black box gw1-hc with a capacitor instead of a battery. The battery is what the heat kills. Be using it since last summer in Las Vegas. 115 degrees no problem.

The cams on that site are $50 to $400, I wouldn't pay $50 for a dash cam when an android phone that cost $50 can do the same and more. But for $15, I'll give it a try.
