I prefer my stove top pressure cooker over the electric. Main reason is that I have higher psi in my stove top than is currently available in electronic pressure cookers so I finish faster or not...

It really depends on what ur cooking, plus I prefer to use gas burner over electric, I taste as I go along, im hands on and adjust accordingly. Gas is more energy efficient than electric as well....

We dumped all our old pressure cookers after buying two instant pots (3qt & 6qt) Absolutely doesn't make sense to buy this when u can get instant pot for about same price !!!!!
