Samsung Pay is a Samsung phone only thing. The app is preloaded in your Samsung Phone. You have to add your eligible credit card into it.

You need to add your Chase credit card to your Samsung Pay app, then pay with that particular Chase credit card from the app. You need to scan your phone, not the card itself.
