Well after 14 business days have passed (3 weeks). I have successfully gotten my Vudu code. Received it from an email from corporate customer service last night.

True, but the $25 Vudu credit allows one to do about 12-13 D2D conversions for Blu-ray to HDX or buy a couple newer releases. That's the bigger deal here.

When you sign up it defaults to automatic renewal. You can turn it off in the app or on the website. You could have done it right then while you were at the desk. They just did not want to help...

You can set your printer setting to fit to page and it should print clearly on the entire page. I'm sure each printer company uses a little different wording.
