Great shoe for shorter runs, gym work (bodyweight, non-deadlifts) but the tongue is thin and will create pressure on the top of your foot if laced tight. Lace locking helps keep my heel in place...

I'd say that the sole is a bit firmer than the ultraboosts. They also seem more stable during runs as well. You still get the same bounce back feeling and in my opinion can be worn all day casually...
