I think if you go into the app you can change the primary card. I will do that tomorrow to make the "new" card the primary one.

No you need to setup Masterpass account which is free. You then add your credit cards to your master pass account it does not need to be a Mastercard. You can add a Visa card, etc.. ...

Not sure but I can verify you don't need to wait 24 hours. I added $10 around 9pm last night and again at 7am this morning and got the bonus both times.

Figured out the issue.. apparently Citi online is also one of the wallet.. which I might have used some time before.. there is a link at the bottom to change wallet and that should clear Citi online..
