Right. I went through some hell due to lack of their customer support. At the time, they didn't accept my payment method for unknown reason. There's no way to tell if they actually fixed anything...

Try VIA app, it's a rideshare app for NYC, it's destination to destination (meaning) they drop you off within 1-2 blocks of the address. Cheaper than cabs for short distance in the city.
